The last training was held this evening, before tomorrow’s match against Apoel, in Nicosia. Mr. Paus didn’t face any additional problems, other than the injured Jason Demetriou and Holgersson, Ede, Shabala, Economou and Kaminski, who are not allowed to play on tomorrow’s game.
A young player, Andreas Hadjiathanasiou, had the chance to practice with the first team tonight. The youth left back of our U-21 team, trained with his team-mates of the first team, despite his slight injury a few days ago which resulted in him playing with a… bandage on the head.
More of our Academies players will gain similar experiences to the 17-year old, as long as they convince Ted van Leeuwen and Andre Paus that they can compete at that level.
